Meditation Trail
The project centers around a meditation trail based on a path I frequented during COVID-19 lockdown, the trail features various purpoted signage and an accompanying brochure detailing meditation, it’s benefits, and ways to engage with your surroundings. Using the brochure participants would find meditation to be a nice compliment to the trail and introduce them slowly into the practice. Meditation for me during this time was a nice practice to stay grounded and my intention was to extend that experience to others.
